Experience

Rock Barn Country Club and Spa

Concierge, hostess, serving assistant, golf shop attendant, tennis shop manager / March 2016 - March 2020

During my four years at Rock Barn I spent two years working as the concierge, where I assisted members and guests with reservations for both our fine dining restaurants, spa, and our lodging options. I also handled any needs of my supervisors or members. I then made a transition to the golf shop where I was in charge of inventory and managed guest corespondents, helping them check in and arranging golf course reservations. I also spent a majority of my time with Rock Barn as a hostess and serving assistant in our fine dining restaurant as well as managing our tennis shop and staff. Where I helped create the work schedule for staff and weekly publication for our members and guests.

Chick-fil-A Hope Mills

Team Coordinator, Morning Director / April 2020 -

I began working for Chick-fil-A Hope Mills in April of 2020. I was a part of the grand opening of this location where I initially began as a team coordinator. As a team coordinator I helped open the store every morning and oversee approximately ten to twenty team members. After seeing my abilities to manage the team, my supervisors promoted me to the morning director, the position I am currently in. In this position I still undertake my former duties, but in addition to these I am now in charge of running breaks and handling all of the obstacles that arise during our day to day operations.
